Meal Prep of the Month
This month’s meal prep of the month is one that I have recently discovered and have started to have on hand each week. If you know me, you know that I am a sweet treat girlie. However, I’ve been trying to be more intentional with my lifestyle lately and eating less processed foods is a part of that journey for me. I came across this recipe on Pinterest and wanted to give it a try. Do they taste like traditional cookies? No. But are they soft and chewy with just enough sweetness to satisfy my sweet tooth? Yes! And good on the macros too!

The best part about this recipe is that you can add any mix-ins that you’d like! I used white chocolate chips because that’s what I had on hand.
