Daily Journaling and Gratitude

Here is my daily journaling strategy that takes me less than 5 minutes every morning.

  1. Date

    • Ex: Wednesday June 11th

  2. 5 Daily Habits

    • These can be anything that will help you to create the consistent routine you want.

    • Ex: Exercise, Hit Protein Goal, Meditation, Stretching, Read

  3. Gratitude

    • List 3 things you are grateful for that day

    • I sometimes do this portion at the end of the day

  4. 3 Goals for the day

    • This is for you to be intentional and accountable about what you want to accomplish for the day. These can be as simple as house chores!

    • Ex: Fold laundry, meal prep, pre-track macros, hit 10,000 steps, etc.
