Daily Journaling and Gratitude
Here is my daily journaling strategy that takes me less than 5 minutes every morning.
Date
Ex: Wednesday June 11th
5 Daily Habits
These can be anything that will help you to create the consistent routine you want.
Ex: Exercise, Hit Protein Goal, Meditation, Stretching, Read
Gratitude
List 3 things you are grateful for that day
I sometimes do this portion at the end of the day
3 Goals for the day
This is for you to be intentional and accountable about what you want to accomplish for the day. These can be as simple as house chores!
Ex: Fold laundry, meal prep, pre-track macros, hit 10,000 steps, etc.
